About the Department

The Contracts and Purchasing team are responsible for sourcing the European Hotel product for both its group and individual (FIT) leisure segments. This involves contracting and managing rates, availability and general terms and conditions with hotels.

Job Purpose

We are looking to recruit a Business Coordinator to the Contracts and Purchasing Department who will provide full administrative support to the Division Manager and to the Regional Management Team when required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting the General Manager in managing agenda and appointments
  • Maintain data bases by collating figures and generating reports 
  • Prepare presentations
  • Work alongside the General Manager on business flow improvement projects
  • Coordinate between various departments and individual users and IT department on the mentiuoned projects. Introduce and encourage change.
