Business Support Administrator - Finance

Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and motivated to join a growing organisation.

Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.

We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

 

Job Purpose

Reporting to Finance Manager, the Business Support Administrator is responsible for dealing with all pre and post departure queries and administration from Customers and Suppliers.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Dealing directly with Customers globally by telephone and email
  • Maintain service levels by responding to all interactions with customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with Suppliers in order to resolve issues.
  • Directing enquiries to relevant departments
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Informing Credit Control when to raise credit notes.
  • Maintain Query Database
  • Bi-monthly meetings with Credit Control and Sales
  • Prepare and analyse monthly reports
