Job description

Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and motivated to join a growing organisation.

Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.

We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

 

Job Purpose

Miki Travel is looking for someone to assist the Validations section of our growing organisation, based in our London office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking supplier and client invoices and ensuring all charges are correct.

Main Responsibilities

  • To investigate any suspected over-charges and action based on the information found.
  • To liaise with other departments within the company as well as external suppliers on a daily basis to assist with queries and thoroughly investigate to resolve issues.       
  • You will be working with email, our in-house OSCAR system, the AX accounts system and the invoice viewing systems.
  • Help resolve issues and help other team members when required

With over 50 years experience in the wholesale travel industry, Miki Travel offers an exciting international working environment and you will be based in our contemporary offices in central London near to Mansion House, Cannon Street and Bank Underground stations.
