Asia Inbound Tour Coordinator

We bring incoming tourists from Asia to Europe and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

About the Department

The European Coordination department supports Asian clients to ensure a comfortable stay in Europe.    

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a Tour Coordinator within our European Coordination department to handle tours for groups and individual clients from Asia.

We cover all of the European countries and our main purpose is to support our clients by coordinating any matters that arise with hotels and services for tours in Europe. This involves liaising with Network offices in European countries, Call Centres in Asia and hotel booking clerks in our office.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would be responsible for the general tour coordination in Europe, in addition to the following duties:

  • Using OSCAR system for series packaged tours or group organized tours
  • Locate client’s hotel, booking conditions and rates
  • Communicate with relevant booking clerks and network offices
  • To read necessary message correspondence among relevant departments and offices
  • Handling client requirements

 

Skills and Experience

Skills Required

  • Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
