Job description

Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about travel and motivated to join a growing organisation.

Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.

We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

Main Responsibilities

To support Asia Series Operations on Visa duties after Miki Shared Service Centre working hours by chasing hotels for visa letters and administrating the visa chart efficiently as well as minor operations tasks.

  • Calling hotels to obtain replies for pending rooming amendments under waiting reply.

  • Work on email/faxes received from the hotels during Miki Shared Service Centre closed on public holidays.

Skills and Experience

Relevant skills and characteristic

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skill 
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident to work without supervision.

Required Knowledge/Experience

Essential

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Sound Knowledge of MS office applications.

Desirable

  • An other European language
