About the Department

The Sales FIT Operations Department is the client facing team and are involved in assisting our clients, partners and suppliers with bookings related queries.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales FIT Hotel Operations Consultant within our Sales FIT Operations department

The role requires a high level of customer service and good interpersonal skills to engage with our clients and suppliers, primarily from Europe and the Americas.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves all general department duties including:

  • Processing and solving booking queries/issues from clients prior and during travel like amendments and cancellations prior to travel and on the spot
  • Handling special arrangements for clients
  • Liaising with other departments within Miki Group worldwide such as Reservations, Sales, Purchasing and Accounts
  • Supporting the rest of the team
  • Overtime required as needed, especially during peak season/emergency situations
