Sales Operations Agent
Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and motivated to join a growing organisation.
Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.
We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.
About the Department
Euro Operations Sales team serves our European branches by providing operational services for tours visiting Japan and other European destinations.
Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Agent to join our team in building itineraries for our clients travelling to Japan and Europe.
Liaise with Travel Agencies and internal Sales to create itineraries and feed information to relevant departments within MIKI Travel.

Skills and Experience
Relevant Skills/Characteristics
- Excellent communicator with ability to handle a high volume workload.
- Friendly and approachable with good telephone manner.
- Energetic, organised and flexible.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
Essential
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Able to work accurately under pressure
- Good MS Office skills
- Administrative experience
- Good attention to detail
Desirable
- Some experience in the travel industry would be an advantage.
- Problem solving skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Japanese language skills would be an advantage
With 50 years’ experience in the wholesale travel industry, Miki Travel offers an exciting international working environment and you will be based in our contemporary offices in central London near to Mansion House, Cannon Street and Bank Underground stations.
