We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a Group Reservation Temp Agent within our Hotel Division to support Asia Series with admin duties as well as minor reservations tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• The role will involve researching and securing space in the most difficult destinations.
• You will also support the Asia Series Operations on Visa duties after Miki Service Shared Centre working hours by chasing hotels for visa letters and administrating the visa chart efficiently.
• Fax rota (distributing unlinked faxes; monitoring failed faxes) 
• Driver accommodation bookings Cold calling for difficult destinations to support the main team, either by obtaining open dates where staff can later check if group can be assigned, or obtaining specific dates where we know we have pending groups
